Thank you for your interest in a new home. Prior to submitting your deposit please be sure that you have received and signed a Purchase Agreement for your new home. Once you have your signed Purchase Agreement please fill out the deposit information. Visit our Financing page to apply for your home loan!
There are 3 Deposit options:
1.) With NHC Mortgage, you pay $1000! That secures your home for 14 days while you apply for your mortgage and get a conditional loan approval! With NHC Mortgage you have a financing contingency to protect you during this time.
2.) Using a Non-Affiliated Lender? Thats Okay, deposit is $2,495! If you begin your application with NHC Mortgage and then switch to an outside lender. The deposit of $2495 will be due in addition to the $1000 already paid.
3.) Paying Cash or purchasing as an investment or second Home? No problem, please pay your $5,000 deposit

Depending on which lender you use, your new home deposit could range from $95 to $5,000+. The $95 NHC deposit is for those who apply through NCH Mortgage.
No. Although NHC Mortgage is our preferred lender, you can choose outside lenders to secure your new home loan and deposit.
Once you’ve decided which lender you want to use, simply select your NHC new home deposit plan and make your payment.

Which is plenty of time to chat with our loan officers, make your application and find out whether its going to be a good fit for you. If it is, wonderful! If it isnt, thats okay too, we'll refund your deposit and keep in touch so when the right time does come around, we are ready for you!
By working with the affiliate lender, NHC Mortgage, the buyer will receive a 14 day finance contingency to receive a FULL refund of their deposit. Buyer understands that not applying with NHC mortgage they do not have a finance contingency and their deposit is non-refundable. Investors and Cash Sale deposits are non-refundable. Any exception is at the discretion of the seller. Any extension or change to this policy is at the discretion of the seller. Buyer has no obligation to use a particular lender for financing. All cash sales the buyer agrees to provide proof of funds within 7 days of the executed Purchase Agreement.
